Privacy Policy

Flowgenix (flow.webegenix.com) is an internal task management tool run by Webegenix, a digital marketing agency in Egypt. Only Webegenix team members invited by an administrator can sign in. This policy explains what information Flowgenix handles and how.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address, username, WhatsApp number (optional), role and job skills of each invited team member.
• Work content: clients, projects, tasks, content briefs, notes, comments, @mentions, due dates and a history of who moved or changed each task.
• Notifications: in-app notices about tasks assigned to you, mentions and comments.
• Files: files team members upload to tasks.
• Technical data: WordPress login cookies needed to keep you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request).

2. Google user data

A Webegenix administrator connects one company Google account so that Flowgenix can store task files in Google Drive. For this connection Flowgenix requests:

• Google Drive (drive.file): access only to files and folders that Flowgenix itself creates. Flowgenix cannot see or change any other files in that Google Drive.
• Email address (openid, email): to show which Google account is connected.

We use this access only to create folders, upload, store, preview and remove task files for the Webegenix team inside Flowgenix. Access and refresh tokens are stored on our own server and are never shown to team members or shared with anyone.

We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not let humans read it except for files the team itself uploaded and works on, for security purposes, or where required by law.

Flowgenix's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

3. How we use information

• To run Flowgenix: assign tasks, show who is responsible, keep task history and notify the right people.
• To store and show task files.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

4. Sharing

Information is visible only to signed-in Webegenix team members. We do not sell or rent it. Our service providers are our hosting provider (the server Flowgenix runs on) and Google (Drive file storage). When you press a WhatsApp button, Flowgenix only opens WhatsApp on your own device with a pre-written message; Flowgenix does not send anything to WhatsApp itself.

5. Storage and security

Task data is stored on a private server managed by Webegenix and served over HTTPS. Files are stored in the Webegenix Google Drive and are only opened through Flowgenix. Access requires a personal login.

6. Keeping and deleting information

We keep work data while it is needed for Webegenix projects. When a team member is removed, they lose access immediately; their past comments and task history remain as part of the project record. You can ask us to correct or delete your personal information at any time. The administrator can disconnect Google Drive from Flowgenix at any time, and the Google account owner can also remove Flowgenix's access from their Google Account's security settings (third-party access).
